We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you depends on your shipping address. Please allow up to 7-10 business days.

Absolutely! All of our Premium Extensions are 100% Raw or Virgin Hair and have not been processed in any way.
Once Raw or Virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin, if you plan to color your extensions, we recommend that you seek services by a hair professional.
Our bundles weigh between 3.1 to 3.5 ounces.
Number of Bundles needed for a full head:
(Natural Look) 14”-18” 3 bundles.
(Luxe Look) 20”-26” 4 bundles.
(Glam Look) 28” and above 5 bundles.
“Keep in mind the longer your extensions are the less they weigh”
We recommend you wash your hair in lukewarm water at least once a week with your favorite hair products. Try avoiding hair products with alcohol in them! DO NOT MASSAGE YOUR EXTENSIONS AS IT WILL CAUSE YOUR HAIR TO MATTE! Comb your hair straight down when washing.
